Infinity Hospice is dedicated to helping families and loved ones deal with the challenges of life- limiting illnesses. Our goal is to provide support and comfort and ease the fear of complications commonly associated with end-of-life care. At Infinity, it’s all about adding quality of life.
Who can be a hospice patient?
Anyone diagnosed with a life-limiting illness with a prognosis of six months or less
Where do I receive hospice care?
Infinity Hospice provides care in your home as well as a Nursing Home or Assisted Living Facility.
How Can I receive Infinity Hospice Care?
Our expert staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our trained professionals will assess your individual needs, obtain a physicians order, and create a personal plan of care to ensure all your needs are met with dignity and respect. Call our local office 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Services We Provide
Infinity Hospice consists of experienced professionals who work as a team to provide: home nursing visits, connection to community resources, personal care, spiritual and emotional support, assistance with errands, and family support.
Pain Management
The medical care provided by Infinity Hospice focuses on pain and symptom management through the most effective techniques available. All medical care is delivered with compassion, dignity and respect. We strive to keep the patient as comfortable and pain free as possible.
Family Involvement
At Infinity Hospice the well being of the family is equally important as the patient. We understand the challenges and concerns a family encounters when caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness. We will ensure the family is aware of changes in condition while addressing any family needs.
Holistic Care Approach
Infinity Hospice is committed to caring for the whole person, not just the symptoms and the disease. We have many alternative and complementary modalities to improve the quality of life for both our patients and their loved ones, including Aromatherapy and Music Therapy.
Qualifying Patients
Infinity Hospice is available for patients with a life-limiting illness that may include:

- Decline in activities of daily living
- Neurological Disease
